01 — License

What you're buying.

Each template purchase grants you a single-use commercial license for one project. That means one live deployment, one codebase, one product. The license is non-transferable and does not expire.

• ✓ Deploy to production indefinitely
• ✓ Use across local, staging, and production environments for the same project
• ✕ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code
• ✕ Share the template with third parties outside your team
• ✕ Use the same purchase across multiple unrelated projects
• ✕ Claim the template as your original work

02 — Payment & Delivery

One price. No surprises.

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. You pay once. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, and no paywalled updates. Once payment is confirmed you receive immediate access to your template files.

• Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.
• Purchases are tied to your account email. Keep it somewhere sensible.
• We do not store your payment details — Stripe handles all of that.

03 — Refunds

The no-nonsense refund policy.

Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed. If you run into a technical issue that makes the template unusable and we can't resolve it within 5 business days, we'll issue a full refund — no argument.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• "I changed my mind" is not grounds for a refund after access.
• Genuine technical failures are always covered.

04 — Intellectual Property

We own the templates. You own your project.

AstroStack retains all intellectual property rights in the original template source. Your licence gives you the right to use and modify the code — it does not transfer ownership. Anything you build on top of the template is entirely yours.

05 — Disclaimer

No warranties. Use at your own risk.

Templates are provided as-is. We make no guarantees that they will work perfectly in every environment, integrate seamlessly with every third-party service, or remain compatible with future framework versions. We test before shipping but we are not responsible for breakage caused by upstream dependency changes, hosting quirks, or your own modifications.

• AstroStack is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our templates.
• Third-party service integrations (Clerk, Stripe, Supabase, etc.) are subject to those services' own terms.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your deployment complies with relevant laws and regulations.

06 — Changes

We'll keep this honest.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AstroStack templates after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We won't bury material changes in fine print.
