01 — License

Unlimited Usage.

One purchase, total freedom. This license grants you a perpetual, non-transferable right to use the template for as many projects as you want. There are no per-site fees, no subscription renewals, and no project limits. Use it for yourself, or use it for your clients.

• ✓ Use in unlimited commercial or personal projects indefinitely
• ✓ Modify, extend, and customize the source code freely
• ✓ Deploy to unlimited production, staging, or local environments
• ✓ Use for client work (the license stays with you, the product goes to them)
• ✕ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template source code
• ✕ Share the raw files with third parties outside your immediate team
• ✕ Claim the core template architecture as your own original work

02 — Payment & Delivery

One price. Lifetime access.

All purchases are handled securely via Stripe. You pay once and unlock lifetime access to the template and all future version updates. We don't do subscriptions or hidden fees.

• Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
• Your license is tied to your checkout email—keep it accessible.
• We never see or store your credit card info; Stripe handles the heavy lifting.

03 — Refunds

All sales are final.

Because you receive full access to the source code immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds. This is standard practice for digital goods where the 'product' cannot be returned.

• Please review the feature list and demo before buying.
• Accidental purchases or 'change of mind' are not eligible for refunds.
• If you hit a technical wall, reach out—we’re here to help you get it running.

04 — Intellectual Property

We own the code. You own the results.

AstroStack owns the rights to the original template architecture. Your purchase buys you a license to build on top of it, not ownership of the underlying IP. However, any content, data, or unique features you add are yours entirely.

05 — Disclaimer

As-is. No warranties.

We build these templates to high standards, but we provide them 'as-is.' We aren't responsible if a third-party API changes, a hosting provider goes down, or your own modifications break the build. Use them at your own risk.

• AstroStack is not liable for any financial or data loss resulting from template use.
• You are responsible for the legal compliance of the sites you deploy.
• Integrations with services like Clerk or Stripe are subject to their own terms.

06 — Changes

Keeping it simple.

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of the page. Using the templates after that date means you're cool with the new terms. We promise to keep them fair and transparent.
